And we know how we'd like to be treated. ~~~ We send you an Australia Post bag with our postage free address label and a receipted delivery sticker so we can track the parcel on its way back to us. ~~~ You put your product in the bag and post it back to us at any post office without paying for the parcel. ~~~ Your refund is a complete refund. ~~~ Including your postage and handling charge on your original order. ~~~ You're never out of pocket if you don't want or don't like what you received. ~~~ Refunds are not an issue with us.
